How to take it.
Eat something.
Even a small meal. Food is what activates the Piperine and carries the fat-soluble coenzymes.
Two capsules.
One serving. Same dose every day.
One to two hours before.
Take it before the focus window, not during the crash.
Every day.
PQQ and CoQ10 build up over weeks. Consistency is the active ingredient.
This builds. Here's the honest timeline.
No overnight miracle claims, a build you can actually plan a rotation around.
-
HOUR 1–2The lights come on
L-Theanine and Piperine go to work first. A clean wave of clarity and calm alertness, no jitter, no racing heart.*
-
DAYS 7–14The wall moves later
PQQ, CoQ10 and the B-complex accumulate. Baseline night-time fatigue starts to drop. You wake up less wrecked after a late one.*
-
MONTH 1+The week stays yours
Full mitochondrial and antioxidant support. Consistent output from the first hour of the shift to the last.*
Individual results vary. Take it daily, accumulation is the whole point.
One blocks the signal.
The other supports the machine.*
Coffee stimulates your nervous system and masks the tiredness. Mitoxid is built to support the ATP your own cells make.*

Verified purchasethird bottle now
bought these as a joke, my mate kept calling them my nerd pills. im on my third bottle so whos laughing. i do 10 til 6 and i used to go completely blank around four and start putting things on the wrong shelf. doesnt happen now. also i can still get to sleep when i get in at 7 which is the actual reason i reordered
Verified purchaseno shakes, no gut
Eleven years on nights. Been through every energy drink going and they all end the same way, shaking hands by six and a belly I didn't ask for.
This doesn't do anything dramatic. That's the point. I just don't hit the wall at half four.
Verified purchasenight audit survival kit
11 til 7 on the front desk, and about four of those hours are genuinely just me and a very large plant. Was basically microdosing Red Bull to get through the reconciliation until I'd crash at three.
Two of these at the top of shift and I'm level all the way through.
One star off because the capsules are enormous. I take them one at a time like a coward.

eight hours in a metal box under strip lights and i still feel like a person at the end of it. thats the review
Verified purchasemy voice stopped dying at 4am
I present overnights, so I'm talking constantly from midnight to five. Nobody warns you that your voice goes before your brain does. Around four I'd start losing the ends of sentences and you can hear it.
Took a fortnight to notice anything, and it wasn't a buzz, just that the last hour stopped being a fight. Only supplement I've ever bought twice.
Verified purchasemy team lead asked what i changed
literally nothing except these lol. i used to go really quiet and foggy on calls after about 3, like i could hear myself being slow. doesnt happen now. second bottle
Verified purchasemy daughter was right
I'm 56 and I've worked nights most of my life. You get used to feeling half there.
My daughter ordered me these for my birthday. Strange present, I thought she was telling me something. She was right. I get the whole building done now without sitting down twice.
Verified purchasechecked the label first
First thing I looked for was caffeine. You can't drink coffee at two in the morning and then expect to sleep at nine, that's how blokes end up in a state. There's none in these, which is the only reason I tried them. On them since November and I'm sharper on the last run.
Verified purchasewife's verdict
apparently im less of a miserable sod on my night weeks. take that how you want. 5 stars
Verified purchasetook three weeks, be patient
Being honest because I wish someone had told me. First fortnight I felt nothing and was cross with myself for spending the money. Week three the four o'clock stretch got easier, and the way I noticed was I'd stopped checking the clock.
Four stars because the capsules are big. You need a proper glass of water, ask me how I know.
Verified purchasestill doing my two nights
I'm 61 and I still do two nights a week on our dementia unit. Everyone keeps asking when I'll give them up and last year I was starting to think about it.
I'm not dragging myself to the car at seven anymore. One of the girls has started on them too.
Verified purchaseyes I know how this looks
A doctor posting a supplement review is not a great look, I know. I bought them expecting to explain the effect away.
I'm on seven nights in a row and by night four my decision making gets slower. More double checking, more asking someone to confirm what I already knew. Night five now feels like night two. Half the mess is on them.

Still have questions?
Not everything fits in a list. If you want to know how Mitoxid fits your schedule, your dose, or what you already take, write to us and a person answers.
We reply to every message. If something is wrong with an order, we make it right.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. Zero caffeine, zero stimulants, by design. The founder has never had an energy drink in his life and wasn't about to put one in a capsule.
When do I take it?
Two capsules with a light meal, one to two hours before your shift or focus window.
Can I take it on an empty stomach?
No. It's a concentrated formula and can cause temporary nausea without food. Food also activates the Piperine and helps absorb the fat-soluble coenzymes.
Will it keep me awake when I want to sleep?
There's no stimulant in it, so it doesn't work by keeping you up. Take it before your active window, with food. If you're sensitive, take it earlier in your shift.
How long until I notice something?
Some people notice clarity in the first hour or two. The meaningful changes come from accumulation over 1–4 weeks. See the timeline above.*
Can I take it with medication?
Talk to your physician first, particularly if you take medication metabolised by the liver, blood pressure medication, or blood thinners, or if you're pregnant or nursing.
How many bottles should I start with?
Because the formula builds over weeks, most people start with the 3-month supply.
