Overview

This website (mitoxid.com) is operated by EL GOURMAT GROUP LLC ("Mitoxid", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence.

The product

Mitoxid™ is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Take it as directed on the label: two capsules daily, with food. Do not take it on an empty stomach. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Bundle pricing is applied automatically in the cart at the stated quantities. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred; if we do, you will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment providers shown there. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree that we may charge your saved payment method the subscription price shown at checkout, plus shipping and tax, every month until you cancel. Each renewal creates a new order. The subscription price is the ongoing price; there is no introductory rate. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@mitoxid.com; a change made before a renewal is processed applies to that renewal.

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site is free of errors. We may correct errors and update content at any time without notice.

Reviews and submitted content

If you send us a review, a photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with Mitoxid. Reviews are published unedited. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The Mitoxid name, logo, packaging and all content on this site belong to EL GOURMAT GROUP LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to collect data about other users, or to submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EL GOURMAT GROUP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time of your order.
