Cancellation policy
These terms apply when you choose Subscribe & Save on mitoxid.com. They apply together with our Terms of Service, Shipping policy and Refund policy. Where they say something different about your subscription, these terms apply.
What you are signing up for
A Subscribe & Save subscription delivers one bottle of Mitoxid (60 capsules, 30 servings) every month. The subscription price is shown next to the one-time price on the product page and again at checkout; at the time of writing it is $54.99 a bottle, $5.00 less than the one-time price of $59.99. Shipping and any applicable tax are calculated at checkout and added to each order.
Your first order is charged when you place it. After that, your saved payment method is charged automatically every month, on the same date as your first order, until you cancel. Each renewal creates a new order, and you receive an order confirmation by email every time.
Price
The subscription price is the ongoing price. There is no introductory rate that later goes up. If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will email you before a renewal at the new price is charged, so you can decide whether to continue.
Skip, pause or cancel
There is no minimum term and there are no cancellation fees. You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription or cancel it at any time:
- from your account, or
- by emailing hello@mitoxid.com from the email address on your order.
A change made before a renewal is processed applies to that renewal. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not cancel or refund an order that has already been placed or shipped. Those orders are covered by our Refund policy like any other order.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment cannot be charged, we email you and try again over the following days. If it still cannot be charged, the subscription is paused, no order is placed, and it stays paused until you update your payment method in your account.
Shipping
Renewal orders ship on the same terms as one-time orders: free standard shipping within the United States, arriving within an estimated 6 to 8 business days of the order being placed. We currently ship to the United States only. See the Shipping policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new version is posted on this page and applies to renewals placed after the change. We will email you about any change that affects what you pay or how you cancel.
