Refund policy
Returns
Returns within 30 days. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Because Mitoxid is an ingestible supplement, only unopened bottles with the safety seal intact can be returned for a refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@mitoxid.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Subscription orders
Subscribe & Save renewals follow the same return terms as one-time orders. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund an order that has already been placed or shipped. To avoid an unwanted renewal, skip, pause or cancel from your account before the next order date.
Exceptions
Opened bottles, bundles with one or more opened bottles, and gift cards cannot be returned.
