Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States only. We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to other countries yet.

Processing and delivery time

6 to 8 business days. Orders are processed and delivered within 6 to 8 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time and cost

Standard Shipping is free on every order and arrives within an estimated 6 to 8 business days of your order. Shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Subscription orders

Subscribe & Save orders are placed automatically every month on the date of your first order and ship on the same terms as one-time orders. You can skip, pause or cancel from your account at any time before the next order is placed.

Tracking

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track your order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

We ship within the United States only, so no import duties or customs charges apply. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact hello@mitoxid.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
